Order Processing & Billing (m/f/d)

We are da emobil – an innovative company in the electric mobility sector based in Innsbruck. We are looking for a committed and reliable individual to ensure the timely processing and invoicing of our orders. Acting as the link between our specialist departments and our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly – from the sale of charging stations to the invoicing of technical service orders such as repairs, maintenance and fault clearance.

Your responsibilities:

Order creation and confirmation: independently creating orders, as well as preparing quotations and order confirmations
Billing: preparing and sending out outgoing invoices, partial invoices and final invoices – in close consultation with the relevant departments to determine which costs are to be charged for each order type
Recording and coordination of time and material reports from the technical team
Invoice corrections and cancellations: processing of corrections and cancellations
Customer and master data management: creating and maintaining customer master data
Working hours: 20 hours per week (part-time)

Your skills:

Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent professional experience
Initial experience in accounts receivable, order processing, invoicing or similar commercial administrative tasks would be an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office 365; experience with ERP and CRM systems (e. g. BMD, Bitrix) would be an advantage
Enjoy working with customers, strong communication skills and the ability to assert oneself
A structured, independent and responsible approach to work

The minimum salary for this role is based on the collective agreement for employees in the metalworking industry, job category III. Customer Support Specialist E-Mobility – 1st Level (m/f/d)

We are da emobil – an innovative company in the electric mobility sector based in Innsbruck. We are looking for a dedicated and service-minded individual to join our customer support team. As the link between our customers and our second-level support team, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our service offering.

Your responsibilities:

First point of contact for incoming calls and emails
Coordinating and handling general enquiries and customer issues
Billing tasks and data maintenance
Managing the customer database in our CRM system
Liaising between different departments
Troubleshooting and resolving issues
Working hours: 38.5 hours per week (full-time)

Your skills:

Excellent communication skills in German
Experience in customer service is an advantage
A structured, independent approach to work and strong organisational skills
Technical understanding and an interest in electric mobility
Ability to work as part of a team and a strong willingness to learn

E-Mobility Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

We are da emobil – an innovative company in the electric mobility sector based in Innsbruck. We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual. As the link between our customers and our support team, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the quality of our services.

Your responsibilities:

Acting as the point of contact for enquiries regarding e-mobility and charging infrastructure
Independently managing all stages of the customer lifecycle
Commercial responsibility
Advising and supporting the existing customer base
Managing and operating the charging infrastructure
Remote analysis, troubleshooting and monitoring
Working hours: 38.5 hours per week (full-time)

Your skills:

Completed training in a commercial or IT field; equivalent professional experience
Commercial knowledge and a head for figures
Enjoy working with customers and be a team player
Ability to work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner
Technical understanding and an interest in e-mobility would be an advantage
